Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your NVQ Portal account and your personal details at any time. It is free.

How to ask

• In the portal or the app: sign in, open the menu under your name (top right) and choose Delete account, then Request account deletion. Go there now (you'll be asked to sign in).
• By email: write to info@infinityenergyorganisation.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my NVQ Portal account”.

What happens next

• We confirm your request and delete your account within one month, and tell you by email when it's done.
• Deleted: your sign-in, profile details, photo, signature, messages, uploaded evidence and phone notification tokens.
• Kept: the assessment and certification records the awarding body and the law require us to keep, for the required period only. See the privacy policy.
• If you are part-way through a qualification, deleting your account ends it, so talk to your assessor first.
