Forgotten or want to change your password?
Get back into your NVQ account in three steps. Your work, feedback and certificates are safe.
- 1Enter your emailUse the address you sign in with, the one your assessor registered you with.
- 2Open the link we email youIt works once and expires after 60 minutes. Links your assessor sends you last 24 hours.
- 3Choose a new passwordAt least 8 characters. Then sign in with it; your old password stops working.
Already signed in? Change your password from the account menu (top right) → Change password. We email you a secure link.
No email after a few minutes? Check your spam folder and that the address is the one you registered with. Still nothing? Ask your assessor to send you a new link. For your security we never email passwords.
